
Erica Shoaf
Erica is the Managing Partner of the firm. Her practice focuses on family law, juvenile law, real estate law, insurance law, and general civil and commercial litigation. Erica is experienced in advising clients in the formation of small businesses, including Veteran-owned enterprises. Erica is licensed to practice law in Arizona and Pennsylvania.
Erica graduated with dual bachelor degrees in Business Administration and Spanish from the University of Arizona, and completed her Juris Doctor and Master of Arts in Latin American Studies degrees from the same University in 2010. She also completed a J.D. Certificate in International Trade and Business Law. During law school, Erica served as an Intern for Immigration Judge Sean Keenan in the Tucson Immigration Court (Executive Office for Immigration Review). She also participated in the Immigration Law Clinic, representing an immigrant detainee in asylum proceedings before the Executive Office for Immigration Review in Eloy, Arizona.
Following law school, Erica was employed as an associate attorney in Phoenix, Arizona, where she practiced for three years. Her areas of practice included general civil and commercial litigation, real estate disputes, homeowners’ association law, insurance law, and employment law.
Erica was the 2014 President of the Huntingdon County Bar Association. She has also served as a Board Member (past President) for the Huntingdon Regional Ballet since 2014, and on the Board of Directors for ReInvision Huntingdon since 2016.

Christopher Wencker
Chris is the Senior Partner of the Firm. He focuses his legal practice on criminal defense, civil litigation, animal law, and municipal and small government representation. Chris is licensed to practice law in Arizona and Pennsylvania.
Chris earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona. Prior to law school, he received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Thomas Edison State College, an Associate of Applied Science in Communications Applications Technology from the Community College of the Air Force, and a diploma in Chinese (Mandarin) from the Defense Language Institute. Chris also served in the United States Air Force for seven years.
Following law school, Chris spent eight years working as an Associate Attorney for a small law firm in Tucson, Arizona. In January 2011, Chris became a solo practitioner, establishing the Law Office of Christopher Wencker, PLC in Tucson. In August 2012, Chris moved his office to Phoenix, Arizona. Chris maintains an active virtual practice in the Tucson and Phoenix areas, representing a fire district via telecommunications.
Chris was President of the Huntingdon County Bar Association from 2015 to 2017, and remains active in the Bar Association's activities.
